CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Reservation made on this site, if found to have discrepancies, the hotel will contact the booker for concerned issues and confirmation. For early check-out or ending the vacation in the middle of your stay will have no refunds. All eligible refunds will be done directly to your Bank. A refund usually takes 15 working days. In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control need to reject or change or find as suitable hotel to a confirmed reservation, it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances. Hotel My Soulmate will try to arrange accommodation in any of the surrounding hotels in the area to your requested booking period. However if no alternatives is provided to the client, the hotel will return if any deposit made and considered it cancelled. This is the limit of the hotel’s liability.
