Hotel Policy – Terms & Conditions

  • The Check-in time is 12 noon and the Check-out time is 10:30am.
  • The guests are required to check-in with a government recognised ID (Indians) and a Passport to foreigners.
  • Late check-out subject to availability with applicable charges. If made available then the charges would be as follows : a) From 10:30am – 4pm would be half day charge and from 4pm to anytime after would be full day charge and the charges would be collected once agreed.
  • Please double check your valuable before you leave the hotel as the hotel will not take any responsibility once you are checked out.
  • Please note that the children are not allowed in the hotel.
  • Extra bed/extra person in a room will be charged ₹ 700/pn regural times and ₹ 1000/pn between Dec 24th – Jan 3rd.
  • Smoking cigarettes or live fire in any form in the premises of the room is absolutely prohibited with booking cancellation if found. However we have smoking designated areas in the hotel. Please excuse us for being hard on “Safety First”.
  • We are here to make it easy with our fully flexible bookings knowing you can amend and cancel free of charge before 36 hours of arrival/Check-in time.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Reservation made on this site, if found to have discrepancies, the hotel will contact the booker for concerned issues and confirmation. For early check-out or ending the vacation in the middle of your stay will have no refunds. All eligible refunds will be done directly to your Bank. A refund usually takes 15 working days. In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control need to reject or change or find as suitable hotel to a confirmed reservation, it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances. Hotel My Soulmate will try to arrange accommodation in any of the surrounding hotels in the area to your requested booking period. However if no alternatives is provided to the client, the hotel will return if any deposit made and considered it cancelled. This is the limit of the hotel’s liability.
